The directors present their report together with the financial report on the Sundance Consolidated Group, consisting of
Sundance Resources Ltd (“the Company”) and the entities that it controlled during the financial year ended 30 June 2014
(‘Sundance’ or ‘the Group’ ), for the financial year ended 30 June 2014 and the auditor’s report thereon. In order to comply

55 Mr Casello is a highly experienced executive with national and
global exposure in manufacturing environments for blue chip
organisations. Backed by 30 years of experience, he has a track
record of success with operations, business development and
corporate strategy. He has previously worked at Sinosteel Midwest
as Chief Operating Officer, Century Aluminium Company in the
United States of America where as Senior Vice President Business
Development he was responsible for developing and implementing
a growth plan in aluminium, alumina and critical raw material and
managing new projects across the globe. He has also held a
number of significant positions in Alcoa including Director of WA
Operations, General Manager of Alcoa’s World Chemicals and
Location Manager of the Kwinana Alumina Refinery.
